Colorado Electrical Systems completed the design and installation of the Kidde fire alarm system and the Rath 2-way communication system at the ECO 333 Luxury Apartments, a 172-unit LEED Silver complex in downtown Colorado Springs. The complex includes 2 stories of below grade parking, 1 level of mixed-use; amenities, units and parking. Additional features for 333 ECO include a saltwater pool, outdoor rooftop patio area, dog spa, fitness center, and electric car charging stations.
