Colorado Electrical Systems completed the design and installation of the fire alarm system at the Mae on Cascade. The Mae is one of the largest apartment buildings downtown, has 2 stories of indoor parking, 177 units ranging from 400 SQ FT studios to 1500 SQ FT penthouses, a fitness room, pool, spa, and indoor dog run. The Mae on Cascade is a LEED SILVER certified building with an eye toward low environmental impact.
